I was Very, Very Disappointed when I made my order I was told that the radio was compatible with my truck plus it state on the side of the box that it had steering wheel control. I paid this person to install the system but the steering wheel control didn't work had to pay him another fee to take the radio back out and reinstall my old one I still don't have a radio now I gotta send it back but I can't order another one cause the one they assured me would work in my truck is almost $100.00 out of my budget
I have shopped with Crutchfield in the past. It has been a few years since I last shopped with them. But I didn't hesitate one bit in coming back to shop with the again. What can I say, great products and awesome technical support when you need them! I'm a Crutchfield customer for life!

Crutchfield advisor was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the best lowest cost options available for a line conditioner/surge protector. They also offer lifetime support which is very reassuring in making a technical purchase.
What a different polk PSW 10 subwoofer makes paired with polk TSi100 speakers. The music comes alive with bone chilling bass. And you don't have to be a rocket scientist to add the subwoofer to your system. Polk gives you several options alone with easy to follow directions. How easy can that be. Thank you. Keep up the excellent work and you have a customer for years to come.

I usually find what I need on Amazon these days but when it came to door speakers for my truck it was very confusing and stressful. I had ordered three sets of speakers off Amazon that were supposed to fit and none of them fit. I had wasted a lot of time! One Amazon customer mentioned going to Crutchfield for his speakers. I visited their site and was easily navigated to the correct fitting speakers in a few minutes. Very easy and all hardware was included!
